The firm VYVA PLAST s.r.o. offers complex services to its business partners when solving processing problems in the area of vacuum moulding and extruding profiles with the primary focus on quality, design and innovation. The offer includes technical-economic evaluation of the project, product proposal, identification of the most suitable material and production technology. Design and development of prototype and final moulds are realized at the CAD CAM workplace with the follow-up graphic simulation of vacuum moulding. The production of prototype and final moulds is ensured in own tool workshop on CNC cutting machines.
